Question : After having read through the Tender Guidelines and the Specific Conditions of Contract (SCC), we are unable to determine whether the proposal should be in French or in English. Can you please provide an answer on this point. |

In this document, co-contractors can appoint the authorised representative (paragraph G) and the authorised representative accepts and counter-signs this appointment (paragraph H). |

Ce document doit être contre-signé par le mandataire (paragraphe H). |

The delivery dates are in the SoW but there are clerical errors in this document and the planning is the following: the "Development Plan" is due in July 2018 and the "First Activity Report" in September 2018. |

Question : We are preparing a reply for the SEAICE lot. 1 - As a group of 3 entities, how should we submit our offer? Who is the contractor? One entity, all 3? 2 - How is the money distributed between the partners and in time? 3 - Is there a place where I can ask these questions? |

All the relevant information is in the call documents and more specifically in the Statement of Work, the Tender Regulations and the Specific Contract Conditions. 2 - The call is for a service contract, not the financing of a project, there are no constraints in the price composition. As a result, the co-contractors can split the amounts freely. Invoices will be prepared according to the provisions of the price schedule for the lot which you intend to apply for. 3 - All information is available on the www.marchésonline.com website. |

Thanks in advance for your prompt feedback. 1) the deadline for submission of proposals is set on 19/03/2018, as per Tender Specifications. Nevertheless we read in the Statement of Work (paragraphs 9 and 10) that the Kick Off meeting is foreseen on Dec 2017, the Development Plan (CMS-GLO-NEMO-PLAN) is foreseen on Jan 2018, the first Activity Quarterly report is due on March 2018. Could you please clarify the correct estimated dates to be read in SOW? 2) Could you please confirm the expected duration of contracts under all lots and specifically the due date for LOT 5 deliverables? We read in Tender Specifications that the duration should be 24 months. Nevertheless in SOW, paragraph 8, the LOT 5 deliverables' due date is Dec 2018. 3) The global 1/36 configuration (based at least on NEMO3.6-LIM3) will be made available to the contract holder of Lot5? 4) REQ-DEV- 36 refers to the physical set-up? The existing 1/12 global configuration to start from with the Mercator team will be provided? |

Question : There are problems in the following documents of the Open Call "CMEMS EVOLUTION AND OPTIMISATION OF NEMO CODE" : 01_fr...pdf , 07_fr...pdf , 08_fr...pdf , 09_fr...pdf, some pages are missing and are replaced by duplicated pages). There are also problems in some of the EN documents (in particular 09_en...pdf) But I have not checked everything. |

Question : Il y a des problèmes dans les documents suivants de l'AO CMEMS "EVOLUTION ET OPTIMISATION DU CODE NEMO" : 01_fr...pdf , 07_fr...pdf , 08_fr...pdf , 09_fr...pdf (des pages manquent et sont remplacées par des pages dupliquées). Il y a aussi des soucis dans quelques docs pdf en version En (notamment 09_en...pdf) mais je n'ai pas tout regardé. |
