• Sorry some more doubts about the forms:
  The heading of Section G in the application form reads "Data on the financial and economic capacity of the subcontractor" while the subheadings (G1 and G2) then speak of the "candidate". What info is required here? That of the subcontractor or that of the main candidate (i.e., us)? And do the tables entitled "proposed project team" and "main references" refer to both us and our subcontractor combined, i.e, should we list the entire team and combined references (from both us and the subcontractor)?

    Effectivement c'est une erreur de traduction, il s'agit du candidat individuel ou du cotraitant présenté (une lettre de candidature par co-traitant). Le document a été mis à jour dans le DCE à télécharger. Concernant le tableau ''Equipe projet envisagée'', il s'agit des personnes qui interviendront dans la réalisation de la prestation pour le candidat individuel ou le cotraitant et non pas le sous-traitant.
    Concernant les références principales, il s'agit des références du candidat individuel ou du co-traitant et non pas celle de votre sous-traitant. // Indeed it is a translation error, it concerns the individual candidate or the co-contractor presented (one application form per co-contractor). The document has been updated in the DCE for download. Concerning the ''Project team envisaged'' table, these are the staff who will be involved in carrying out the service for the individual candidate or the co-contractor and not the subcontractor.
    Concerning the main references, these are the references of the individual candidate or the co-contractor and not that of your subcontractor. Best regards,

• We would have some questions about how to fill in the administrative forms.
  1) Under which circumstances is it mandatory to fill in Section J of the subcontracting declaration? I assume this section serves the purpose to allow MOi to evaluate whether the subcontractor is capable of handling the assigned tasks, but if this is sufficiently explained/demonstrated in the Technical proposal (and through the CVs of people) can this be omitted?
  2) Some of the requested information is confidential (such as the budget of past projects), so it is OK to leave this blank?
  3) What is meant by "third parties" in Section J3? Would this be employees of the subcontractor? Their capabilities and expertise will be evident from their CVs so it seems redundant to have to include this separately here.
  4) If we use a subcontractor and submit the corresponding form, what do we (as main applicant) need to put into Section D of the "Application form"? Apart from ticking the "subcontractor" check box on the first page, do we still need to fill in the rest of Section D on pages 2-3, considering that this info is basically provided in the Subcontractor declaration?
  5) Sworn statement. The text is unclear and also contains several language errors (e.g.., "... certify on my honour that I am not in is not affected by...") that would need to be corrected. Is it OK to make slight changes to this text?

  1) what is the approximate file size of the netCDF files (the choice of technology used will be different for 10 GB of data compared to say 1 TB), and
  2) what is the approximate traffic (i.e., number of visitors per day)?

    Bonjour, 1) Pour les données liées aux tortues, chaque simulation représente 3GO (mais de nombreuses variables ne seront pas utilisées, il y a donc possibilité de réduire la taille). Nous avons 5 sites => 5 simulations = 15Go ; pour le plastique, 1 fichier fait 150Mo et nous avons 380 fichiers à traiter => 57Go. Mais encore une fois, il s'agit du volume de toutes les données. Lors de l'utilisation de la plateforme, nous n'afficherons pas toutes les données en même temps.
    2) Nous n'avons pas d'idée précise mais hier, les 2 autres viewers ont eu 1,3K visiteurs. Nous pouvons considérer 1 000 utilisateurs maximum par jour.//1) For the data related to the turtles, each simulation represents 3GO (but many variables will not be used, so there is a possibility to reduce the size). We have 5 sites => 5 simulations = 15Go; for the plastic, 1 file is 150Mo and we have 380 files to process => 57Go. But again, this is the volume of all the data. During the use of the platform, we will not display all the data at the same time.
    2)We don't have precise idea but yesterday, the 2 other viewer have 1.3K visitors. We can consider 1K users maximum per day. Best regards,

Le document Specs contient les informations habituellement présentes dans le règlement de consultation, le CCTP et dans le CCAP // This consultation does not have tender regulations document or SCC due to the amount.
